Simple Joy
I have a special place in my heart for different and unique things, which happens to extend to my reading selections.
This book dealt with racial issue and stigmas.It was a good read and had some touching moments, but it had some fairly weird moments too. It seemed like she brushed over some paranormal type scenarios.
Another issue I had was that the author presented obstacles but the characters never over came them. They just decided they could overcome them. Not my favorite way of tying up loose ends.
